GOST 1060-83 Grade 10 cold-deformed seamless steel tubes are specified for shipbuilding service in boilers, superheaters, and oil heaters. The standard is narrow and technical: it explicitly covers cold-deformed seamless tubes, requires steel grade 10 with chemistry per GOST 1050, requires heat treatment, and sets defined limits for size tolerance, straightness, surface condition, ultrasonic inspection, hydraulic pressure testing, flattening, and expansion performance.
