1. Standard: ASTM A209 / A209M Seamless Carbon-Molybdenum Alloy-Steel Boiler and Super heater Tubes,Cold drawn and hot rolled seamless steel tubes for Boiler and Super heater
2. Applications: Boiler, Heat Exchanger, Cold Condensers
Size Range: OD:5-420mm WT:0.9-12.7mm
Steel Grade: T1, T1a, T1b
3. Manufacture:
Killed steel material.
The tubes are made by seamless process either hot-finished or cold-finished

Cold drawn and hot rolled seamless steel tubes for Boiler and Super heater.

 

4. Delivery condition and Heat treatment:

Cold Drawn Seamless and Hot Rolled Seamless need Heat treatment .minimum temperature is 650℃
If Delivery condition is annealing, isothermal annealing, normalizing+ tempering tempering minimum temperature is 650℃
Hot-finished tubes are heat treated at a temperature of 1200℉ (650℃) or higher.
